APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, BioSkin Laser has established the following policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $25 fee must be paid before rebooking, or you will lose one treatment session.
Late Arrivals
Arriving 15 minutes late means your appointment will be canceled.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will lose one treatment session.
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
If you repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointments, after the third occurrence, an additional $25 fee will be charged per appointment.
